Pros

Generous bonus if Group KPI hit 100%.

Cons

Most inhumane company ever. Even though they can keep staff by paying the jobkeeper payments which are made by the Government, they still won't hesitate to terminate you. How can u expect people to find a job in such a short notice and in this terrible economy.
