Pros
- Very fast-growing, with real numbers to back that claim - Strong management with solid FMCG experience - Flourishing tech team with ambitious goals - Good compensation
Cons
- There are still some inertia of (lesser) traditional companies traits. For example: people with higher titles are considered to have more power, or things were done incorrectly just because it served a team's purpose well although it's not the best for the whole company. The founder is working hard to improve the situation, however positive changes are yet to be seen - If you are expecting a chill working pace, it might not be for you
