      Pros

      Fun and supportive environment. Management always tries to give you what you need to succeed in your role. A variety of case types to work on to sharpen your trial lawyer skills. Incredibly competitive pay for a mid-sized law firm.

      Cons

      Communication is sometimes lacking between the various departments and roles. Work/life balance is not the best for the younger attorneys.

      You’ll learn a lot and very quickly. Great exposure to interesting cases and good lawyers.

      Cons

      Toxic gossip runs rampant at this firm. The attorneys are inappropriate and have no boundaries. Young women, be very careful.
