Pros

Great opportunities for the spouses of the CEO and COO. Zero experience needed.

Cons

Toxic culture, low pay, no raises, workload and responsibilities are always increasing without any compensation, shady financial practices and no transparency, witholding payment to their partners is routine, HR is incompetent, nepotism, huge migration to an Indian workforce (despite knowledge gaps and communication barriers) because they take advantage and pay them pennies on the dollar when compared to US/Canada/Poland employees.

Anyone familiar with GTK understands that opportunities within the company are based on contribution, performance, experience, and commitment—not personal relationships. Guest Tek is proud to be a family‑oriented organization that values trust, collaboration, and long‑term growth. Over the years, we have fostered and promoted many employees across teams and geographies, providing meaningful opportunities for professional development and career advancement at all levels. A significant portion of our hires come through internal referrals, which we view as a positive reflection of employee engagement and confidence in our workplace. We are also proud to employ team members across 25 countries worldwide. Our global workforce reflects our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and collaboration, with hiring decisions driven by business needs and role requirements—not geography. We strongly dispute claims of “shady financial practices” or withholding payment. Guest Tek has never withheld payment from employees or partners and operates with integrity and transparency. If there is information to the contrary, we encourage it to be brought forward so it can be reviewed and addressed appropriately. Finally, GTK’s HR department maintains an open‑door policy. We welcome team members to reach out at any time with concerns, questions, or grievances, and we are always willing to engage openly and constructively. We would also be happy to share examples of the many employees who have grown and advanced their careers at Guest Tek over the years.
