      Joining company was a mistake

      Quite good downtown location. Not bad benefits.

      Cons

      If you are thinking about joining this company - talk to someone who recently worked there. You'll meet nice people on interview and after joining will see how they gradually turn into different sort of folks. And 80-90 percent chance your tenure with the company will be very short - just look at company pictures posted on this website, they are taken a year ago and only couple people are still with the company...

      OK company, but not for everyone

      Pros

      You can get good money if company believes you are a good employee. Flexible hours. Benefits are pretty good.

      Cons

      Do I like working here? Not really. Do I believe in product and leadership? No. Do I think company will last? Not sure. Why am I still here? They can give pretty good money if you convince you are of great value for company, honestly it would be extremely hard to find similar position somewhere else where I can earn as much. Other people who can't tolerate bad decisions and care too much about what's going on here, they leave. But I can detach myself and get experience from bad things too, learn new technologies and experiment with new tools.
