      Rampant political cronyism, focused on stifling innovation

      Great place to learn about legacy manufacturing systems and old equipment

      Cons

      Continuous learning is discouraged, management regularly abuses employees verbally and in writing (proof is available), bonuses are non-existent even in times of record profits, friends and family of management are allowed to continually break company policies.
