The people of Guideposts mean well and sincerely believe in the mission. They do great stuff for folks in the military. Great work life balance.
Cons
Guideposts is struggling to adapt to the changing media landscape, not just in terms of format but in terms of content. They've had to do layoffs. Their content doesn't resonate with younger generations. Some people have been at their job for over 30+ years and aren't interested in changing.
