      - hands on ABA experience - 30 minute paid break - paid breakfast every 6 months

      Cons

      - unprofessional - nepotism - no PTO - no sick leave/pay - no vacation - no 401K - lack of communication - lack of accountability - lack of respect - unorganized - petty - extremely poor management - job insecurity - toxic environment - CAN’T keep employees - claims to be the best in Texas (this is not true)
