1. They ‘talk the talk’ but don’t ’walk the walk’
2. Leadership team seems to have progressed into C-Suite roles due to tenure. They do not compare to other C-Suite leaders in other organisations - very ill-equipped.
3. CEO does not try to get to know team at all
4. Pay not in line with market rates
5. Brings in consultants to do projects that others in business could do
6. Lack of respect for Executive Lesdership team which brings down culture
7. Always doing surveys but never hear results or how things will change
Shocked that so many people stay here as a long term career. So many better places to work, keep looking.
