Competitive/ above average pay, wellness/ work-life balance is a top priority for the company, everyone is responsible for impacting the team's culture, there is a high level of respect and admiration between colleagues, high levels of autonomy for self-starters, quarterly retreats in fun places, awesome perks/benefits, good opportunities for career growth and performance feedback, Guilded is pretty laid back and doesn't buy into formalities if they don't make sense, the team maintains a good level of focus on high impact priorities
