Pros

Timely salary Occasional trips Infrastructure

Cons

The No.1 worst company. Full politics. The management tends to act as if they care about the staffs, but they really don't do it. If they want anyone, they will be with them, otherwise, the management are backstabbers. They will throw the staff by playing politics. Insulting is one of the main thing while leaving the job there. They will give lot of work and pressure and make the work done. Ask for too many reports everyday. Very low salary. They will tell that they will increase the salary after 6 months, but they won't do it. They will act like as if they have very good attitude. Never join this company.

Thanks for your valuable feedback. We appreciate and value your inputs as an employee. A Fan of anonymity and privacy? We too! We do not forgive. We do not forget. The world becomes a better place when people get busy doing what they love instead of complaining about what they hate. If You want to work in Corporate, then You should know how to play Chess.I think some people enjoy complaining almost as much as they enjoy doing nothing about it. And we feel your concern there maybe a negative impact and we encourage you to discuss with HR department to work together and find solution. But you missed to do it. Guires, value the employee performance when it reaches beyond the commitment - interms of Rewarding Employees-Encourages people to get certified. Better increment, appraisal in comparison with competitors. Flexibility to work remote We feel that it should be obvious what is appropriate and what is not, it is very risky to assume every employee will share your views. As an part of HR-we have a set of general work rules- Ethics and compliance but we've not received any feedback to our grievance cell. Best of luck in your career!

Guires believes in Process-Based Future. Feedback around job performance, behaviors and an employee's attitude occur regularly at Guires and its common at other industries too. We've a proper Standard Operating Procedures for performance evaluation,if the performance not met at the level you agreed [before you join]- as per the SOP we've an 3 level whereas your employment with us would not continue and we processed the same Guires has an strong process documents in place and works as process-based strategy for each sector & Organizational departments has real-time feedback on designs and projects, turning theoretical designs into practical plans with buy-in at the right levels. If there is an lag in adopting the process- we do provide special attention to such employees & monitor consistent for better improvisation. The termination happens after several training's -process with prior notice & we've records for the same. Guires offers 1) Good number of training and self-study tools. 2)Rewarding Employees-Encourages people to get certified. 3)Better increment, appraisal in comparison with competitors.
