If you are career oriented ... its not a place for you. Don't go by its brand name it mislead me and many more. except a set of 10-12 people so called managers... rest all are executives in company and you will have no authorization/rights to do anything inspite of you feeling you can add value to something " Management is least bothered about this". Set of managers make decision who have no idea how market dynamics work and they have their own POV which is from different planet.
Guardian Industries is a global company but this is a JV and is run like a single man ownership firm with an MNC tag. Historically being a cash rich company they have spending power and compensation is one tool which is used to recruit people and spoils your mind when it comes to career. I fell in that trap and hence stepping up to make people aware and help them with their careers.
There are only papers on the name of policies....
