Pay is under industry standard for several roles. General operations across several departments is sloppy, disorganized, and lacks dedicated processes. COO is nice enough, but is severely under-qualified for his role. Several executive level staff are also under qualified for job roles and their responsibilities. Expectation that you should work across departments to fill gaps or roles you may not have the desire or skillset for. Absolutely too many meetings.
