With a in-experienced management coming from “3rd world” country not knowing south east asia needs. Applying 3rd world understanding to 1st world country like Singapore. Immature, micromanaging employees... don’t threaten your staff with your rules and immature way of degrading your employees by your immature BCC culture to customer. This will only make customer looking down on you for your incapabilities rather than thinking u are a good boss getting your staff to WORK! WAKE UP from your idea! You aren’t that great, you need to know! And yes we are protected by M.O.M in singapore to prevent inexperienced management like u!

High Visibility to Upper Management. Most of the people are very nice..most.

Cons

The changes in management have made for a very unstable culture with high turnover. long hours are expected. jobs are dependent on a single person, lack of cross training leads to overworked employees.
