Pros

Worked on many interesting projects. Learnt a lot. Good pay and progression. Nice office. Very friendly helpful team.

Cons

Some deadlines were tough to deliver. A few projects less interesting.

There are literally no pros to work at GulfTalent.

Cons

Sad reality is the staff aren’t paid in accordance with their contracts. Staff are paid 50% of their salaries at the end of the month and the reminder 50% middle of the month. They’re structured the new contracts to be completely against an employee that I can’t agree with. They use every angle they can find to not pay an employee for their worth, it’s a very sad company. It may look like decent organization to work for based on their SEO but do no be fooled into thinking you will be happy here.

MD lacks in strategic thinking and work prioritization; does not take feedback. No leadership structure apart from the MD. Tech firms need to follow trial and error approach, but here there's extremely unnecessary level of analysis is asked for.
