Pros

Paid Employer training, on the job training, benefits, the pay, current new management along with support from the HR department. Working as a team within the Plant.

Cons

Some of the starting pay could be better, for experienced people who have worked within this area of employment in the past.

You will only be successful if you are a white male. Females are silenced and not able to speak out against any discrimination. Beware especially of HR and Accounting departments - there is a reason for the multiple job openings posted. It’s very ironic that HR is the one department that is supposed to be unbiased yet they are probably the worst.
