As an environment artist at the junior, or mid-level, you get a lot of opportunities to work on bigger tasks Great office culture and benefits (Good employee benefits, family-friendly culture, diversity, etc.)
Cons
The studio is still small compared to other AAA studios, but the studio has been growing a lot since the beginning.
