Pros

40 hour week, Sunday off, one simple price = no haggle

Cons

one simple price= no money, you get $1500 for selling 8 cars, finance takes forever, benefits are a joke the insurance they provide is useless nobody takes it and is very expensive.

Pros

Training, CRM tools, well documented processes, career path, career development, paid time off (PTO), medical benefits, 401(k) with match, employee stock ownership participation after 5 years.

Cons

Long hours, plan to be working every Saturday (but you do get Sundays off and one other day during the week), plan to be working on holidays that are strong retail days (day after Thanksgiving, Labor Day, Memorial Day, etc.).

Pros

The Pay was good for the job, better than some dealerships in the area. Benefits. Did things the right way, which made it easier to sell the company.

Cons

The pay sucked for the hours you have to put in to make good pay. If you aren't in the "IN" crowd, harder to get deals at times. If you sold 10 cars, they would ask why didn't you sell 11.
