Highly toxic environment where plenty of attorneys are pathological narcissists who think of themselves as the most important people in the world. Their terrible behavior goes unchecked and reinforced over the years. Instead of correcting it, they just have revolving door positions for the assistants. Lack of respect and regards towards support staff. So much gossip, favoritism and conniving between the female shareholders and HR. Some of the attorneys are great people but the bad ones ruin it for everybody. If you have a high degree of self respect then be careful with the department you end up with.

Terrible lead attorney, old fashion management style, micromanaging, and controlling to the core. Lack of trust in their employees, always belittling employees, and "leading" by fear. Worst of all, for years HR knows this department has these issues, and even though the turnover is very high, nothing is done. This to me is a terrible company to work for. I felt like I was working on a leash with a whip on my back. Just terrible.
