Cons

CEO is a Narcissistic, not ethical, thinks he is the only person in the company with good ideas, fires those who says otherwise

Pros

- Beautiful Headquarters - Great people - Best industry to work in as far as perks go - Getting hands on with some of the most innovative and bleeding edge tech in the hunting industry - Mostly laid back environment as long as you are getting your work done. - Full production facility with tons of capability to make just about anything you can think of. - sky is the limit in terms of ideation and generation of ideas - CEO is a wealth of knowledge in the industry, stays active in making sure you are doing okay and that you have what you need to be successful in your role. -Designers playground, pushing boundaries is encouraged and often prioritized - You won't work on anything cooler than what is in that building, guaranteed.

Cons

- location is expensive to live in - turnover is a little on the higher side and you can feel it through the walls - smaller company with huge potential for massive success so you can expect some growing pains - stressful at times when the CEO can pop up at any moment to check on how you're projects are going (keeps the blood pumping)

Pros

Working in Cody, Wyoming, working in the firearms and hunting industry.

Cons

Low for industry salary with little to no promise of pay increase. Toxic work environment that flows down from the owner and his full time in-house lawyer. Necessary 5 year non-compete contract will not allow you to work for another firearms or hunting company, if you try the full time lawyer will prosecute. Projects and duties will change at the owner's whim. Owner is a chronic micro manager and has his hands constantly in every department. Not a female friendly workplace unless the female has a low moral compass. Promises of raises or advancement in the company are never lived up to.
