-internal company division between engineering and repairs team. -you would get bullied or confronted if you parked in a senior colleagues space (which is not designated) -you would get undermined if you try to come up with a solution other than the existing ones the company have specified -thorough interview process but totally omitted the fact that they have been fighting a court case and thus pay rise wasn’t possible. -if you want to observe modern day fraud practices, this company would be a prime example.

Most toxic work environment I have EVER been in. 70% of the sales team were looking for a new job when I was hired, within 6 months 3 of 6 have moved on. Extremely high turnover within this team. They set you up to fail. Will allow select staff to go home early to watch football, but others have to take holiday for a doctors appointment. Pure favoritism. Pay minimum wage, and say things such as 'sliver lining is we will make sure your pension doesn't fall below minimum wage'. Read work chats and monitor computers, no trust between the director and the team. Only positive reviews are from interns with the media manager who is extremely friendly and supportive. If you are dead inside and don't mind being treated poorly, this is the job for you.
