      Nothing to say, everything is worst

      The CEO is a pathetic narcissist with superiority complex, he himself doesn't know anything and keeps two rubber stamps who will harass and chase people out who join in leadership team. Useless calls for entire 9 hours of working, they deduct most of the salary as variable pay citing strange reasons, zero professionalism and HR support, no brains to do anything new and innovative

      You will get the opportunity to work as a multi-tasker, you will get to learn multiple skills, plus point some of the colleagues are literally helpful, they are really friendly. They will provide you with a family environment.

      Cons

      Along with the considerable skills, you will also get to know about corporate politics, mind gaming, and emotional harassment. After all of this, if you try to take a stand for yourself you will have to face the worst insult you've ever had.
