Pros

Locations are all in areas with lots going on?

Cons

High turnover, real high, thats red flag number 1. They really dont value workers, they care about making money. No free lunch/ staff meal, not even free coffee(and they dont allow credit card tips in cafe?!?!) 20% off means workers still cant afford to shop/eat there. No holiday pay despite being open Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years....breaks rooms are a joke and are another sign of the disconnect they have with staff. I was lied to numerous times and pretty sure I was a wage theft victim too.

Pros

Friendly coworkers until they quit

Cons

Unprofessional management. Grocery management has no appreciation or respect for their employees and will frequently cuss out their clerks on the sales floor. Lost two grocery assistant managers in the last four months. Avoid working here because of that and because the clerks they hire lack work ethic and they will expect you to do all their work for them. You’ll burn out and be fired for seeking alternative employment options. Company is known to fire without just cause and has a high turn over.
