What Family Values?

Very busy establishment, benefits for full time employees, tip earning potential high

Cons

From day one they shove the "Family Values" down your throat but then there is no follow through in execution once service commences. No communication between managers, Senior Management will lie right to your face, Boys Club, Executive "Chef" is awful, operational nightmare

Pros

Always busy and very popular meant we were never standing around the the tips were great. Overall good people on the team.

Cons

Italian men who run it like a boys club and exclude anyone who is not in the club. Extremely disorganized up until a new /previous manager came on in 2019. Before that it was a complete mess.
