Pros
The administrative team or those under the leadership team are the best kind of employees with great heart and dedication to the students and other employees.
Cons
The leadership team along with the new president. Probably the worse employee turn over in the past few years since I have been here. Work life balance is not accepted from the new president, doesnt believe in having a family at home, doesnt believe in a hybrid schedule, has given grief to many employees and is condescending and rude to employees who dont follow his views. I plan to leave in the following year because of this.
