      No i didn't find any strong reason to work here. total wastage of time and life balance too.

      Cons

      1. if you want to learn any new thing than they will stop you, and try to put you busy on the name of performance issues. 2. they can terminate you any time even if you are working here from 3+years but if you will resign than they will threat you and miss behave with you and even hold your salary and never give it to you. 3.they always deduct your salary for health cover but if you need any health support then they will deny . 4.don't join please they will destroy your thoughts. 5. they will try to check your value and then miss behave with you. 6.they

      Pros

      good to start your career but they will always ask you work over time and if you want to move to development from support then they wount let you and start mistreating you.

      Cons

      it is a lala company. as soon as you put in your papers they start mistreating you by giving extra work loads and asking you to stay late, delaying your FNFs. So i would recommend as soon as you join here start looking for another company.
