Great Place, Where you are free to work & enjoy the way you like. Amazing work culture the way we look after each other makes us feel like a Family. No Hierarchy, Make friends irrespective of the Job Roles. Trips all time, Team Outings...Hassle free environment.

Cons

As we are growing Rapidly we are facing inconvenience to sit & work together. No Matter we bring lunch from home but having canteen is not bad. Alternate shift timings will also make us flexible so that people at GMX can easily Accommodate. We all are waiting for the day when we'll be shifting to Our new Electronic City branch..New office/Canteen/Big Area/All problems solved..."Fingers Crossed"

Cons

Very few projects. hire and fire policy. HR and management only prefer to hire people from Tamil Nadu, even during firing they fire everyone else apart from tamilains. Campus placements are also done from Tamil Nadu colleges. Even company standups and meetings are done in Tamil, non tamilains have to either learn or ask to repeat in English. Very minimal hike. office space is sub standard. Region politics.
