      Good pay at some locations, but poor communication

      Pros

      Good uniform allowance, free app perks, good pay (at my location at least.) Our store manager was one of the best I've worked with in my 8 years of Retail. Brand itself is growing and doing well right now.

      Cons

      Zero transparency & poor comms to management. Was hired under a permanent contract in a prime location, only for the entire store to be closed down under secretive 1 year lease, and the entire team were made redundant, told us 2 weeks before Christmas. If given transparency around this from the start, it would've prepared colleagues better and would've allowed people to choose whether to invest themselves with the brand with such a temporary time frame.
