      Great entry level job, not for a long term career

      Pros

      - Smart people - Really relaxed expense policy (No receipts for any item under $500 CAD) - Strong sense of teamwork on site - Independent work, get your work done and you won't have problems - Nice office with standing desks, tons of desk space

      Cons

      - No company vision, not future plan just doing the status quo - Long hours on site with little breaks - Bonus does not justify overtime spent on site - No danger pay, no additional security when travelling to dangerous locations - Significant biases towards certain employees, blatant favoritism - Time in lieu policy skirts around Ontario Labor Laws - Boring office culture

      Good company to work for

      Pros

      Manufacturing facility is a great place to work. 10 hour work days with overtime after 40 hours is appreciated. It's a clean environment compared with other places I have worked and there is a really good dynamic between all the employees and management

      Cons

      Benefits are behind most other places. Pay is below average too

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity for sub-management advancement. Flexible schedule. Quarterly updates on company outlook. Good team building events (i.e. monthly bbq, wonderland day, ski trips, etc.).

      Cons

      Some poor manager choices. Lots of international travel at times.
