Pros

Having plenty of design opportunities for local and international projects. Flexibilities in work hours & places. Supports in individual developement.

Cons

Depends on project, some international project requires additional working hours due to its different time zone. Lack of office standard and experience require extra learning curves.

Pros

Most projects are Korean competition projects in Korea. The company works as a design architect and Korean headquarter is its AOR. You can learn a lot about Korean projects and Korean style designs, if you are interested in. The company has a strong Korean culture in terms of running an office as well as projects. You will learn about Korean culture, too.

Cons

Many night time meetings with Korean headquarter company for design approvals or coordination. Long hours, definitely, sometimes even on weekends. The company also had a few local projects recently, but most of them are not going well or on hold for a long time. Management is inexperienced and incompetent, creating office politics to keep their positions. Because of this, one of hard-working principal had to leave the office.

Pros

People can balance working on design focused projects (International competition projects) and commissioned projects (NY Local projects). Team members work hard but leave at 6. Team is medium size and people are friendly.

Cons

I don't find any issues yet.
