Pros

Really supportive team of people who care about your success. The demands and expectations were very clear and reasonable. Lots of guidance provided.

Cons

Base salary was a little low and building your own book of business is very tough, so not very much additional commission.

It was fully remote work, which was nice. And the company was small so the team was tight-knit.

Because the company is small, it's behind in a lot of aspects as far as sales, marketing, merchandising, etc.
