You get paid. Holiday and Vacation time is generous.

Cons

Everything else. Be prepared to be overworked and under appreciated. You will be asked to do countless things but your pay will not reflect it. There's no training and upper management could care less about the front line

Senior management not the brightest crayons in the box; deferred compensation plan is a joke; culture is very cutthroat; work not challenging

- Good managers do exist in some areas - Accounting finally seems to be in good shape

Cons

- Senior management often side steps relevant questions that make them uncomfortable during Q&A sessions at the company-wide “Town Hall” meetings - IT is over-inflated, overworked, and overall not very good - Senior management has a very "us vs. them" mentality with their associates - Some duties/responsibilities tend to be forgotten about once an associate leaves which can make it difficult for new associates coming into the company - Only offers profit share - 401(k) plan is through Principal where the majority of the plans perform poorly, so be prepared to pick your own individual investments
