Pros

It's a good company for the begginers only. Salaries are very low. Lack of any benefits. Unpleasant management and administration. Unclear system of professional growth like senior vs expert.

Cons

Low salary. Stressful atmosphere. Unpleasant management, especially the head of moldavian branch. Sometimes work take more than 8 hours due to high expectations and lack of people in the company.

Great place to work if you are interested in working in transportation or warehousing.

Cons

I don't know about other countries, but in Romanian offices, salaries do not keep up with inflation.
