May not suitable for Experienced Professionals, as it's operates on One-Man word. Most of the seniors are ex-employees of L&T & BGR and plays groupism & politics badly as they played in their previous office It is a Great Place To Work in their EU offices, not in their Indian Office.

Furthermore, the organization displays inflexibility in its employment practices, offering subpar benefits except for those in senior positions. Senior management appears to prioritize leisure activities such as golf outings over their responsibilities within the office, contributing to a perception of neglect among lower-level staff. Additionally, the low end senior colleagues have been observed engaging in unprofessional behavior, including openly criticizing other staff members within earshot of common areas, thereby creating an atmosphere of negativity and discomfort that extends even into private spaces like the restroom.
