Pros
H2 concepts gives you an opportunity to learn and grow at a very fast pace. It is absolutely perfect if you're planning to build your career from scratch. There are wonderful mentors and senior officers that are always extremely helpful and have a lot to offer. I consider myself extremely lucky to be learning from the talents this company has acquired. There are great opportunities that help you advance in your career. Honestly if you're good enough, it's real quick. I've seen it happen. I've had an outstanding experience with the employees so far. It has a very positive, warm and stress free environment. I am really glad to be surrounded by the people that I have around me.
Cons
You need to be an optimistic person at all times if you wanna fit in and blend with the organisation's culture. You can't thrive in such an environment if you're not a self starter, it is simply not for you. Commuting can be time consuming. Reimbursement of transport costs is something I'm sure everyone would appreciate as commuting does consume a lot of time.
