      Pros

      Paid time off is good, only while you are employed.

      Cons

      They acquire a new clinic and state there won’t be changes to current clinic operations. They will continue to change things which will affect both patient and staff satisfaction. They expect a lot of change with no benefits. They don’t reimburse for license renewal or CEUs.

      Flexible Schedule Lots of income control - see more visits if you want more PV/bonus, etc EMR is easy

      Unable to roll over PTO at this time
