Pros

Fun clients to work with Good office location Some really talented employees (who leave very quickly when they realize what a mess this place is, while the not so great ones stick around and continue to do subpar work)

Cons

Incredibly cheap, won't hire a secretary, so lower level employees are asked to Space is way too small, the kitchen is a hallway and there's no designated area to eat lunch Cliches: clear that workers talk about you behind your back (for both fellow employees and their clients) Overbearing management about tedious things, while big picture things (like understanding the media they're pitching or making sure a business plan is well-thought-out is disregarded) High turn-over PR firm, but no sense of digital media for their own brand Very disconnected from Stressful work environment No clear direction A lot of unprofessional behavior toward other employees
