Pros

They serve lots of booze so you don't mind as much

Cons

They will work you senseless with unexpected late nights and weekends. There are many incompetent people there that will make your job harder, but all they care about is being cool or nice or whatever it is. You could work here for years at a high level and never get a raise or promotion because management doesn't have the capability to recognize it. They will let your career go dead in the water. You owe it to yourself to work somewhere else instead of wasting years of your life at Catapult. Stop serving booze and start asking for competence, engagement, productivity, etc.

Pros

The best thing about Catapult is its people and fun office environment. Company places a lot of emphasis on culture, which provides fun gatherings. The place is packed with really talented, smart people. Leadership is definitely much stronger on the Creative side than the Account side. Very big opportunity to learn and grow within this agency since it has such a need for good leadership. The quality of client mix is good... big and small clients, which allows for different experiences. If the place can get their mojo together, it could be a real player in the industry. Ut has the smarts, some great talent, and the passion/drive of a very successful agency.

Cons

No matter what resources always seem to be the issue here, so a lot of the burden falls on the employees causing many late hours and weekend work. The partners claim they will get resources, but as soon as they don't make their numbers (this is definitely a financially-driven agency), they start making cuts. Account team is extremely inexperienced and the only thing they have experience doing is saying "yes" to clients. PM team is weak and cannot manage timelines or internal timelines. The talents in the group are nothing more than job conveyer belts. Creative team is by far the strongest, but it feels like a few key players keep this place going. A visable disparity between who is good and who just wastes space. Current trifeta parthership at tetop seems smart on paper, but hurts the company because not 1 partner is fully dedicated to the success of the agency. Other cons that should be noted is poor salary range and the inexcusable lack of salary increase and bonus after many employees have dedicated their lives there and work 2-3 people's roles.

Pros

-Very creative group of people who push boundaries -Open culture where discussion and problem solving with management is encouraged -Titles do not dictate decisions and egos are rarely an issue -Tight-knit group leads to an generally enjoyable culture and atmosphere

Cons

-Account side of the agency seems to lack structure -Consistent process is a challenge and sometimes leads to cutting corners -Proper resourcing is a challenge. The agency could use better balance between what the spreadsheets say and what the reality is on the ground.
