      Pros

      Some really nice people that should probably leave. Decent work /life balance for some

      Cons

      Benefits are an atrocity. Worst I've seen in the industry. Accounts aren't staffed properly. No annual raises or bonuses. A lot like high school so if you're not in with the cool kids, nothing great comes your way.

      Pros

      When multiple of co-workers of yours hate where you work, that can create a strong bond. They have a rooftop area (that barely allowed to use), and..... nothing else.

      Cons

      The most egos I've ever encountered. Really nasty and rude people. No onboarding at all, just expect you to start your first day and go to client meetings shortly after. The reviews they've posted have been fake. SO many people are let go from here, it's actually embarrassing. If you value job security- run. If care about working with people who actually care about you- run. This is by far the worst employer I've ever had in my career, for so many reasons. They will shatter your confidence, and make you feel incompetent when it's really leadership. I was actually told "sorry I can't help you" when I was 2 months in!

      Lots and lots of alcohol.

      Cons

      Adolescent, cliquish culture that favors bawdy white males. Just look at the senior management as an example of this.
