      Pros

      Most of their work appears to be in the local counties.

      Cons

      Poor organization with very poor communications. Failure to be explicit with what is expected or required of one. You learn your job description each day as you work thru a project. Overall employee moral is low. They don't appear to be interested in working with their employees to improve or correct what they deem to be inefficientcies. Safety is given lip service.

      Pros

      A ton of friendly coworkers that will help you resolve difficult projects. The owner is very generous and takes his employee's ideas seriously. The company runs smoothly and job duties are clearly laid out. If ever you have a question or need clarification it will be provided by your supervisor. Friendly staff and the pay is generous. Lots of room to advance, after only working here for 4 months I was promoted and had a generous increase in wages.

      Cons

      Health insurance is expensive just like everywhere else right now but they can't really control that. I know they changed insurance companies recently to make things a bit more affordable.
