      Toxic working culture and Severe workplace bullying

      -Meal subsidy at staff canteen -Shuttle bus services are offered

      Cons

      -High turnover rate within the department -Not a pleasant workplace for fresh graduate -Unable to provide a stable environment for ppl to develop skills -Workplace bullying due to office politics -Unfriendly colleagues and poor atmosphere -Treat employees with no respect -Unorganised office -Force employees to work on every weekend when the contract literally says workdays are Mondays to Fridays --> Even they do provide half-day compensation leave, considering how distant the workplace is and without shuttle bus service for midday, it's pretty much a scam

      Good stepping stone for beginners or aircraft engine enthusiast. Open-minded environment. Loads of training available for new-comers.

      Cons

      No career path. Promotion does not take into account responsibilities. No licensing training. HR is somewhat ignorant to employees' desires. Senior management is old fashion minded.

      During interview process, one of the HR staffs is impolite. And please do not come the join the interview unless you want your salary lower than the average compare to the market!the working environment not that easy!
