Overall exceptional within the local facility.
Pros
Local plant was easy to get to know the associates and everyone worked as a team. The work environment was to get the job done at new goals and do it safely. More often than not this required someone "pitching in" to help wit a back log. Attendance, to my surprise, was pretty good. There were expectations and goals set that were not absolutely unattainable. The rewards were of equal importance.
Cons
The Rockford associates often treated the Statsville facility as something like an afterthought. It seemed to be that from the "purchase" of Concentric, everything was set on a downward spiral with absolutely no hope of rebounding. It seems as though the powers to be knew what was goingon and simply wated to cover their own bckside with no concern for the ones that actually had their hands on the work. They simply like to hear themselves talk.
