      Great quality product. It is a job, not a career.

      Cons

      Management doesn't understand market. They lack basic leadership skills. They continue to make the same mistakes over and over again. High turnover rate of employees. They also have a lack of respect for their people. No vision. In a perpetual state of being for sale.
