Owners of the business operationally left the company, leaving management in a bit of a mess! We had barely any training during the whole duration even when requested, this was swept under the carpet and slightly under-minded. I do think many of the top sales whilst there didn’t have that much product/solution knowledge, which is why this wasn’t shared (from An education perspective). Most people I knew and got on best with left. There is a huge amount of ego and arrogance within some of the management that needs addressing, as it really was a delegating ‘pointing finger’ attitude where not many actually gave true value to those individuals or sharing information collaboratively,

Management is poor, will not train you even when they know you are struggling, they look down on you and speak to you in a bad manner. No communication what so ever, worst management i have ever come accross. You will be expected to read the user manual because the managers are so useless and cant be bothered to help you.
