Exciting and fast paced work environment offering employees autonomy and opportunities to participate in all aspects of business. Learned more here than anywhere else in my career. Congenial atmosphere and great work life balance. Management very accessible and fosters an open door policy to encourage communication and transparency. Promotes from within.

Very busy. As young start-up, still evolving.
