Pros
The company is growing and starting new offices all of Texas and Louisiana.
Cons
Unfortunately there are several cons but I will stick with the main ones. The pay is horrible for administrative personnel and CNA's. Unless you're buddies with someone in leadership then you're severely overpaid. The company is very unorganized. Upper management is allowed to mistreat and mislead employees without any consequences. Emails go unresponded and no one really cares, unless DADS or Joint Commission is contacted. The leaders in charge lack knowledge and true passion of the work being done by the field and administrative staff. Very unorganized. Management lies continuously, again with no consequences. The absolute worst company to work for in healthcare. I'D RECOMMEND WHOEVER RECEIVES A JOB FROM THIS COMPANY TO RUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUN!
