Have been in company for a while and have seen many people comes and go Some people only come for HARROLDS on their CV others like me want long career in luxury departments. Things changed since new HR. Managers talking to people different and giving more training and development We had fun over christmas with prizes for doing work tasks, like tickets to Alexander Mcqueen show. Managers could be a bit more kinder, but it is getting better to come to work and be valued and trained more.

Cons

Not many positions to move into but they creating jobs for people who do development plans I don't make budget all the time so no commission Lots of pressure but is bad when you don't have people to talk to
