Terrible work-life balance. You have to wait until market close (4 PM) to make any changes in the organization and users will regularly have you waiting 2 hours past market close to BEGIN work on their equipment/requests. In-office for many roles is mandatory 8-5, so this usually means working 8-7 or later whenever you need to do maintenance (which is often with such a large tech stack).
