      Pros

      Generally the people you work with are good people. People want to help you succeed. Management is generally understanding if something happens and you can't work.

      Cons

      Everything else. Pay is below average, benefits are not better than other places im familiar with. Promotions are few and far between, pay raises are minimal at best.

      Health Benefits were good, mainly because HBK was part of Quanta Really great people Fun activities like galas, sport events, etc. Healthy worklife balance

      Cons

      1 week maternity/paternity leave Low pay and disappointing annual bonuses - getting exceeds expectations doesn't result in big pay bumps Change management is non-existent - employees are given little notice on changes and expected to fall in line with no discussion Not a lot of growth opportunity Not a lot of training for middle management High turnover rate for engineers and project managers
