Pros

You work with top individuals in their fields with knowledge of putting on world class tournaments. High profile events

Cons

HR will tell you that you are free to work remotely and encourage you do so for 2 out of 5 days a week but it is frowned upon by the staff in venue management. Minimal communication within departments. Inconsistent workplace with several workers working remotely which creates lack of communication. Extremely high pressure events with minimal room for error. Difficult to on board with no prior experience in broadcast. Not a great team work environment. Not enough support from HR assisting foreign employees to acclimate into the US office. A lot of criticism towards Americans
